Due to the COVID-19, items may take longer to arrive due to delayed processing. We appreciate your patience.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and shipped the next day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. In situations were products are in high demand processing time can take longer than 2 working days.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct, if there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance

Once a shipment email is received we will no longer be able to change or correct delivery information. You, the customer, will avoid any replacements for refunds if correct shipment information isn't provided at the time of shipment email.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time. Due to increase in orders, they will be shipped after February 20th.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier, depending on your area. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received by your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, A noticed card maybe left by the Postal Service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing the tracking number along with the carrier information for your package. Keep in mind that tracking may not become available within 48-72 hours of shipment. 

CUSTOMS, REGULATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS:

It is your responsibility to review all regulations and restrictions implemented by your local postal. Sunlofa is not responsible for items that are not accepted into specific countries.
